Damages and issues
We stand by our product & our customers are top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once an order has been placed it can not be changed or modified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges.
Color Variations
Due to the raw nature of our hair, the curl pattern and color tone may vary item to item.
Packaging
All wigs will come styled, however packaging & handling may alter the style.
